This list provides the latest list of enrolled FQHC providers that accept Texas Medicaid. It provides address, contact information and to the extent available, services offered and clinic hours. This list is continuously updated as new providers enroll in the Texas Migrant Care Network.

- Public Charge Fact Sheet
This is the official document from the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services that explains the federal policy surrounding legal permanent residents and their use of public benefits. It also addresses what constitutes a public charge and provides guidance on the subject.

Texas developed an outreach workplan for the program and offers it as a resource for others who would like to develop their own in their respective state.

Provides a simple and quick summary of the Texas Migrant Care Network, what Texas Medicaid covers and how to help families participate in the network.

These outreach materials were developed to help educate families about the Texas Migrant Care Network. We encourage anyone to feel free and print these materials to distribute to their migrant population. The postcards can be given by the families to out-of-state providers who are not currently enrolled in Texas Medicaid. The postcards direct the providers to contact TACHC for more information on the program and how to enroll.

This TACHC research policy paper provides some history and background of the migrant population and explains the different portability models that were proposed, including the model TACHC chose for the Texas Migrant Care Network.
