Managing form the Middle - Building 360 Degree Relationships
This highly interactive two day session will enhance the management skills of health center mid-level supervisors necessary to effectively work with staff, including their direct reports, peers and supervisors. Participants will become more effective managers by understanding varying leadership styles and relationships, how to manage their time and set priorities, how to effectively deal with conflict, and how to manage diverse staff and patient populations.
