WAN Support Services

TACHC provides the labor for the initial setup and configuration of equipment needed to connect to the TACHC wide area network.  This includes the ordering of any necessary WAN circuits and the configuration of routers, switches, etc.  TACHC provides WAN bandwidth monitoring and ongoing troubleshooting and configuration support for the WAN circuits and WAN equipment.  TACHC also provides basic remote support for a Member's local WAN equipment as part of membership.  Additional onsite support such as new equipment installs or network assessments can be performed by TACHC staff at a rate of $400 per day plus travel expenses.

LAN Support Services

Members may call upon TACHC for phone support on LAN issues including Windows networking and domain issues, computer communications, and PC hardware and Operating Systems problems.  Additional onsite LAN support can be performed by TACHC staff at a rate of $400 per day plus travel expenses.
