Email Services
TACHC proudly offers email services to its Members’ staff on our robust Microsoft Exchange 2010 platform. Centers have the option of “@ tachc.org” email addresses or TACHC can host Members’ email with their own domain name. Users can access their email and calendar through Microsoft Outlook, through a web browser via Outlook Web App, or on their mobile phone/BlackBerry.
To control SPAM and email-borne viruses, TACHC employs a highly flexible appliance that filters all incoming email before delivering messages to our email system. In addition, email going to outside email domains is scanned by TACHC’s encryption device and any messages containing patient data are encrypted to protect Members and their clients.
