HRSA Issues Capital Projects Funding Guidelines for All Health Centers Currently Receiving Capital Development Funds

HRSA has issued guidelines on federal funding to support capital projects for any section 330 funded health center receiving Capital Development funds, particularly Capital Development grants authorized under the Affordable Care Act. PAL 2011-07 outlines processes for documenting the sites within a health center's approved project, where construction and/or alterations/renovations can occur. The policy notice summarizes the five components of an approved project, and the process for health centers seeking prior approval to make changes in the approved scope of project.
